DNA Hair Tools Return Policy

 This return policy applies to purchases made through www.dnahairtools.com, at 
trade shows, and for payments made through Klarna.
 At DNA Hair Tools, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide only the 
highest-quality products. This page explains return and exchange policy, how to 
start a return or exchange, eligibility rules, fees, and timelines.
 Hair Extensions 
• All hair extension purchases are final sale and non-refundable, as they 
are hygienic, personal-use items.
 • If your hair extensions arrive defective, we will gladly replace or 
exchange them at no additional cost.
 Hair Tools & Other Items 
• Hair tools and other eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 
fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.
 • Mailed returns and exchanges may be subject to return shipping 
charges and/or a restocking fee, depending on the condition of the 
returned item.
 Restocking Fees 
• Eligible items returned in new or gently used condition will be subject to 
a 35% restocking fee, which covers return shipping and processing. A 
product is considered in gently used condition if: it has been lightly 
used but shows no wear or damage, is clean, functional, and 
complete, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging and 
is suitable for resale as determined by our inspection team. Items that 
do not meet these criteria may be subject to a higher restocking fee or 
may be denied for exchange or return.
 • Items returned with wear and tear, or if our team determines there is 
evidence of return abuse or fraudulent activity, will be subject to a 
55% restocking fee.
 Shipping Address Accuracy 
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DNA Hair Tools 
is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses 
provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will happily 
re-ship it for a flat fee of $5 once it is back in our possession. A 
customer service representative will guide you through this process.
 Wrong Item Received 
• We take pride in our “All Orders Guaranteed Accurate” promise. In the 
rare event that you receive the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for 
the correct one.
 • Please do not open or use the incorrect item, as it must be returned.
 • To qualify, contact our customer service team within three (3) calendar 
days of receiving your package. Claims made after this timeframe may 
not be accepted.
 Exchange Requirements 
All exchanges must meet the following criteria:
 • Unused or gently used
 • In original packaging
 Upon inspection, items that do not meet these requirements may be denied for 
exchange.
 How to Start a Return or Exchange 
• Please contact us first at customerservice@dnahairtools.com before 
sending back any items.
 • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and 
clear instructions to make the process smooth and easy.
 Product Quality & Damage 
• Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving 
our facility to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
 • Please note, DNA Hair Tools is not responsible for any damage that 
may occur during transit to the customer.
